In these sessions, I hold a safe space and field for your body to remember their own power, direct connection to source and capacity to heal. These sessions act as a catalyst to remember your innate inner wisdom.

These sessions deeply support the Nervous system and balancing the subtle body system.

Energetic support for clarity and restoring flow in emotional, physical, spiritual, creative, and relational life.


  • first session is up to 1.5 hours
  • 60 minute sessions thereafter
